I had the most delightful stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. The location was exactly what I was looking for - a peaceful getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. The surrounding farm and foresty trails provided the perfect backdrop for a refreshing morning run. The owner, Marian, was incredibly accommodating, even with my late arrival. She went above and beyond by preparing a delicious breakfast sandwich for my early departure. The attention to detail in the beautiful and spotless room was impressive.
The only drawback was the strong smell of fresh paint in the bedroom, which was overwhelming for me as I am sensitive to strong scents. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience.

During my recent stay at Church Farm, I was delighted to find a cozy and comfortable room that had all the amenities I needed. The farmhouse charm added a unique touch to the experience. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Stratford-Upon-Avon, Oxford, Warwickshire, and the Cotswolds. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the delicious and hearty full English breakfasts served each morning. Although there was a slightly overpowering smell of fresh paint in the bedroom, the room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The friendly and accommodating staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, such as the uncomfortable single beds and some confusion with the outdoor lighting, I would highly recommend Church Farm for a delightful and value-for-money stay. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying at Church Farm again in the future.

We stayed overnight for a wedding at Cider Mill Barns. The location was perfect, just 2 minutes away and tucked away in a quiet and peaceful spot. The owner, Marian, went above and beyond to help us when we were in a pinch. She offered us her husband's shirts when my husband forgot his and even gave us a lift to and from the wedding. Breakfast was delicious, well-cooked, and fresh. The room had thoughtful extras like a mini fridge and cutlery, and our dogs were allowed to stay with us. a lovely and homely experience.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Church Farm Villa for one night and had a delightful experience. the hosts, Steve and Marian, were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. Our room was cozy and well-equipped with a large double bed, bunk beds, TV, microwave, fridge, and kettle. We appreciated thoughtful touches like wine glasses, cutlery, and even a washing up bowl with washing up liquid. the peaceful ambiance of the working farm was perfect for a quiet evening, and the hosts provided everything we needed, including a warm fleece blanket for our dog and fresh milk in the fridge.
